Description

The Scanstrut SB-8-5 is a junction box designed to create waterproof connections for multiple electrical cables. It is suitable for use in areas such as lockers, Lazarette’s, and Tender Bays on boats. The box is constructed from marine-grade polypropylene and features five screw-down terminals.

This junction box offers five terminations and can accommodate up to eight cables. It is supplied with modular terminal blocks that can be fitted individually or connected together for flexibility. The sprung leaf retention system secures wires without damage, and terminals can be removed for easier cable fitting. The SB-8-5 includes self-tapping screws and an installation bracket for straightforward mounting and inspection.
