Description

The Metco Motorsports Watts Link Kit offers a significantly stronger billet design compared to stock components. Each link is precision-machined from a solid block of certified 6061 aluminum, ensuring accuracy in critical dimensions and superior strength over welded steel designs. The kit utilizes high-graphite polyurethane bushings, providing a low-friction, low-deflection joint that is both noiseless and nearly maintenance-free. These bushings also feature grease fittings for long-term, quiet service. This Watts Link Kit is engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory components. It requires no vehicle modifications for installation. The aluminum links are clear-anodized for enhanced surface protection. This hardened stud is recommended for severe applications to prevent failure and potential collateral damage. An important note for vehicles equipped with optional Air Ride Suspension: all Metco Motorsports Watts Link Kits are machined to accept the original level bracket, though minor modifications to the bracket may be necessary. The kit includes two links and all required hardware. Detailed installation instructions are provided, including specifics for modifying an OEM level bracket for Air Ride applications. This kit fits all 1998-2011 Panther platform vehicles, including the Crown Victoria, Mercury Marauder, Grand Marquis, and Town Car.
