Description

This differential utilizes Wavetrac's patented technology, which ensures that drive power is always transmitted to the wheel with traction, even when the other wheel is completely unloaded. This makes it particularly suitable for performance applications such as slalom and circuit racing. Constructed with gears made from high-strength Chromoly steel (NiCrMo) and featuring an optimized gear design, the Wavetrac differential boasts a compact build that balances low overall weight with high load-bearing capacity. Critical components are further reinforced to ensure durability and reliability. Designed for direct fitment, this differential is specifically compatible with VW GOLF 5 / 6 / 7 GTI models equipped with the 02E DSG 2WD transmission (25 teeth on the parking pawl). The package includes an ARP differential bolt kit and is noted as being absolutely maintenance-free.
