The KCTurbos WDi 190cc injectors are a set of eight fuel injectors designed for the 6.0 Powerstroke engine from 2003-2007. These injectors are flow tested and come with new internals and O-rings, plus tested solenoids. They offer nozzle size options of 30%, 75%, or 100%.

The KCTurbos WDi 190cc injectors are a set of eight fuel injectors engineered for the 2003-2007 6.0 Powerstroke engine. Each injector undergoes rigorous testing, including flow testing on an in-house bench, and features new internals, new O-rings, and tested solenoids. Options are available for nozzle sizes of 30%, 75%, and 100%. These injectors are capable of supporting up to 600 RWHP and are recommended for use with a KC Stage 2 or larger VGT charger, or an S362 or larger non-VGT turbo. Proper fueling is critical, so these injectors will require an aftermarket lift pump and a regulated return system. Installation of these injectors requires custom tuning to ensure proper idling and to maximize their performance potential. Note that these injectors are not available for sale in California.
