Weapon*R Dragon Intake Systems are highly-rated intake systems used in various forms of racing globally. It was rated "Best Overall Performer" in the 2003 Tuner Performance Reports intake battle, outperforming both Cold Air and Short Ram intake systems. The intake system is CNC Mandrel Bent from 6061 aluminum and Hand TIG Welded for a positive seal and proper fitment. Each system is tuned by matching the engine's displacement, air intake capacity, and airspeed to the intake system's tube size and length to maximize performance. It includes a Dragon Filter, which uses high-quality dense Poly Urethane Foam for maximum airflow and superior dirt filtration, providing up to 80% more air and better dirt protection than conventional cotton filters. The Dragon Filter features a Computer CAD Designed and Flow-benched Tested Velocity Stack to increase airflow and air volume, enhancing engine performance. The filter can be disassembled for cleaning and reassembly, and its foam element can be replaced to change color.
