Wehrli 01-04 Chevrolet 6.6L LB7 Duramax 3in Y-Bridge Kit - Orange Frost

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100693-OF Y-Bridge Kit is a high-flow 3-inch complete Y-bridge kit designed for 2001-2004 Chevrolet and GMC vehicles with the 6.6L LB7 Duramax engine. This kit replaces the restrictive OEM Y-bridge and cold side intercooler pipe to enhance throttle response and turbo spool-up by creating a full 3-inch intake tract from the intercooler outlet to the engine. It addresses the common failure point of angled OEM intercooler boots and includes an FPRV Block off kit for proper clearance with the larger diameter Y-bridge. Constructed from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum, this kit provides 50% more airflow than the OEM upper intake manifold and cold side charge pipe. The kit includes silicone boots, T-bolt clamps, O-ring bridge flange gaskets, and a Map sensor seal and hold down bracket. It is finished with a durable custom powder coat in 'Orange Frost'. For 2001 models, installation requires relocating the MAP sensor to the new bridge assembly and either plugging the original port or sourcing an intake runner from a later model (02-04) LB7 truck.
