WCFab 2001-2004 GM LB7 6.6L Duramax Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit. This Stage 2 upgrade combines our Stage 1 High Flow Bundle and Stage 2 Intake Kit into a single package, significantly increasing airflow for your turbo and engine. It improves efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool up by replacing restrictive OEM LB7 Y-Bridge, passenger side intercooler pipe, and driver side intercooler pipe with 3” mandrel bent aluminum piping and WCFab's TIG welded, CNC machined billet y-bridge base. The kit creates a full 3" intake tract between the turbo and engine, reducing EGTs. The high-flow, fabricated aluminum air intake pipe and air box enclosure with dry filter assembly replace restrictive plastic factory parts, enhancing engine performance. The all-new design features large diameter 4" piping with smooth aerodynamic bends, drawing cold air through the inner fender for improved horsepower, torque, quicker throttle response, and cooler intake temperatures. The 10G aluminum sheet air box includes a removable lid for easy inspection and maintenance of the WCFab filter with a hydrophobic pre-filter cover. It also includes a High Flow 4" Turbo Intake Horn compatible with OEM and upgraded drop-in IHI style turbochargers. Upgraded high-quality silicone boots withstand higher pressures and temperatures, increasing reliability and eliminating boost leaks. A Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (FPRV) Block Off Kit provides clearance for the larger diameter Y-Bridge assembly. The full assembly is available in WCFab's signature custom powder coat colors.
