Wehrli 03-07 5.9L Cummins High Flow Intake Bundle Kit Stage 2 - Candy Blue

The WCFab Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit upgrades the air intake plumbing for 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins-equipped Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks. This kit is fabricated from precision mandrel bent 14 gauge piping and CNC machined billet components in the USA. It includes a 4-inch Air Intake Kit (WCF100346), 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe (WCF100544), and a 3.5-inch cold side intercooler pipe with a 3.5-inch upper intake manifold/horn (WCF100528). This bundle aims to improve air flow and efficiency, address weak points in the OEM system, and eliminate boost leaks. It is designed for compatibility with both stock and performance upgrade drop-in style Holset turbochargers and OEM style intercoolers. This kit is proven to improve airflow over stock components by 60%, resulting in improved turbo spool-up, increased throttle response, and decreased EGTs. For 2003-2004 models, the 3.5" intake horn requires trimming the plastic shroud over the throttle assembly for proper fitment.
