The WCFab Stage 2 High Flow Bundle Kit for 2010-2012 4th Gen Ram 2500/3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7 Cummins diesel engine combines the Stage 1 High Flow Bundle and 4" Cold Air Intake Kit with Air Box. This single package provides increased airflow for the turbo and engine, leading to improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool up. It eliminates weak points in the factory design that can cause boost leaks or failures in high-performance applications. The kit replaces poorly flowing, small diameter, crushed factory pipes with heavy-duty, high-flowing 3" diameter hot side and 3.5" diameter cold side pipes. It includes upgraded high-quality silicone boots that can withstand higher pressure and temperatures than factory boots, increasing reliability and eliminating blown factory boots. Made in the USA from high-strength, heavy-duty 14 ga. aluminum tube with smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends for increased durability and optimized flow. The high-flow, fabricated aluminum intake pipe and air box enclosure with dry filter assembly replace restrictive plastic factory parts for improved engine performance. The new design significantly increases airflow to the turbo, producing improved horsepower and torque, quicker throttle response, and cooler intake temperatures by drawing cold air through the inner fender. All-aluminum construction features large diameter 4" piping with smooth aerodynamic bends to improve intake air velocity, volume, and provide more aggressive engine and turbo sound during acceleration. High-quality hardware, silicone boot, seals, and stainless steel t-bolt clamps ensure optimum durability and ease of installation. A removable air box lid element allows for easy visual inspection and maintenance of the WCFab filter with an included hydrophobic pre-filter cover to help keep the MAF sensor, turbo, and engine airways contaminant-free. The full assembly is finished in your choice of WCFab's signature custom powder coat colors. It installs with basic hand tools and is compatible with stock trucks; no tuning is required.
