Upgraded high-flow intake kit for 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax diesel engines, replacing the restrictive OEM upper intake manifold. Includes a high-flow, precision CNC machined, cast aluminum intake bridge (40% more airflow than stock) and a 20% larger, 3" fabricated aluminum upper crossover intercooler pipe. Improves total airflow by 33% over stock. Incorporates factory intake air heater grid. A billet resonator plate eliminates the stock plastic resonator for improved engine bay appearance and a more aggressive turbo/engine sound. Compatible with OEM throttle valve, EGR controls, and lower passenger side Intercooler Pipe. No tuning required, bolt-on installation. Fits stock trucks without other modifications. Pairs best with emissions-compliant tuning and drop-in turbochargers for optimum performance gains.
