This intercooler pipe upgrade improves airflow between the turbo and engine for improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. It eliminates weak points in the factory design that can lead to boost leaks or complete failures. The kit includes a 3" high flow passenger (cold) side upper crossover intercooler pipe (20% increase in size over OEM, eliminates resonator), a 3" high flow driver (hot) side intercooler pipe (replaces factory two-piece 2.5" pipe), and a 3.5" high flow passenger (cold) side intercooler pipe (replaces factory plastic two-piece pipe with 14ga aluminum one-piece). It connects to the factory throttle valve and grid heater, includes upgraded silicone boots and T-bolt clamps, and a billet turbo resonator plate for the OEM intake horn. Designed for use with Stock/OEM Y-Bridge ONLY. No tuning required. Will fit on a stock truck without other modifications. Features a durable custom powder coat finish and is Made in USA.
