It is for use with factory exhaust manifolds and is fully compatible with WCFab Billet Exhaust Manifolds (Part Number WCF100373). The kit includes all necessary gaskets, requires no tuning, and is a direct bolt-on installation with no other modifications or upgrades necessary for a stock truck. It also fits 2019+ L5D Duramax (4500/5500/6500) Medium Duty Trucks.
