Wehrli 20-24 Chevrolet 6.6L LP5 Duramax High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Brizzle Blue

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit for 2020-2026 L5P 6.6L Duramax increases airflow, improves efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool up, while eliminating factory weak points. It replaces restrictive plastic parts with a high-flow fabricated intake pipe, intake horn, and an air box enclosure with a dry filter assembly and Outerwears pre-filter cover. Constructed from 14 gauge aluminum with 4-inch piping and smooth bends. The air box is 10 gauge aluminum, and the intake horn is over an inch larger than OEM. The Stage 2 kit also upgrades the restricted 2-piece 2.5-inch driver (hot) side intercooler pipe and the leak-prone 2-piece plastic/rubber passenger (cold) side pipe with WCFab's heavy-duty 3-inch diameter 1-piece Driver (Hot) Side and 3.5-inch diameter Passenger (Cold) Side L5P Intercooler Pipes. These are made from high-strength, heavy-duty 14 gauge aluminum tube with smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends. The 3-inch driver side pipe eliminates the OEM middle boot joint, and the 3.5-inch passenger side pipe features a CNC machined flange with a double O-ring seal and an upgraded silicone boot for increased reliability and to withstand higher boost pressures. The full assembly is finished in a custom powder coat color (Brizzle Blue for WCF100414-BRZ). It installs with basic hand tools and is compatible with stock trucks, requiring no tuning.
