Wehrli 20-24 Duramax L5P High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Gloss White

The Wehrli High Flow Intake Bundle Kit Stage 1 - Gloss White is designed to enhance the performance of 2020-2025 Duramax L5P engines. This high-performance kit improves airflow between the turbo and engine for increased efficiency, throttle response, and quicker turbo spool-up. It replaces the factory's restricted 2-piece, resonator-equipped 2.5-inch driver (hot) side intercooler pipe and the leak-prone 2-piece plastic/rubber passenger (cold) side pipe. The kit includes Wehrli Custom Fab's heavy-duty 3-inch diameter 1-piece Driver (Hot) Side and 3.5-inch diameter Passenger (Cold) Side L5P Intercooler Pipes. These pipes are constructed from high-strength, 14-gauge aluminum with smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends for enhanced durability and optimized flow. The 3-inch Driver Side pipe eliminates the OEM resonator and middle boot joint. The kit comes with high-quality reinforced silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps for superior temperature resistance and boost pressure holding capabilities. The 3.5-inch Passenger Side pipe features a CNC machined flange with a double O-ring seal and an upgraded silicone boot to withstand higher boost pressures, increasing reliability and eliminating blown factory boots and horsepower-robbing boost leaks. The full assembly is finished in a gloss white powder coat. It's compatible with stock trucks and requires no tuning. Made in the USA.
