Wehrli 20-25 Duramax L5P High Flow Intake Bundle Kit - Illusion Blueberry

This Stage 1 upgrade kit improves airflow between the turbo and engine for the specified Duramax models, aiming for enhanced efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. It addresses weak points in the factory design that can lead to boost leaks. The kit replaces the restricted 2-piece 2.5-inch diameter driver (hot) side intercooler pipe and the leak-prone plastic/rubber passenger (cold) side pipe with Wehrli Custom Fabrication's heavy-duty three-inch diameter 1-piece driver (hot) side and 3.5-inch diameter passenger (cold) side L5P Intercooler Pipes. The pipes are made in the USA from high-strength, heavy-duty 14 gauge aluminum tube with smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends for increased durability and optimized flow. The 3-inch Driver Side pipe eliminates the OEM resonator and middle boot joint. The kit includes high-quality reinforced silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps. The 3.5-inch Passenger Side pipe features a CNC machined flange, black anodized CNC machined billet aluminum adapter with a double o-ring seal, and an upgraded silicone boot. The assembly is available in various custom powder coat colors. It installs with basic hand tools and is compatible with stock trucks, requiring no tuning.
