The Wehrli Custom Fabrication High Flow Intake Bundle Kit replaces restrictive factory components with high-flow, fabricated aluminum intake piping and an air box enclosure with a dry filter assembly. This system significantly increases airflow to the turbo, resulting in improved horsepower, torque, quicker throttle response, and cooler intake temperatures. The kit includes a 4.8" cast aluminum turbo intake horn, 3" driver-side and 3.5" passenger-side intercooler pipes, and a high-flow, CNC machined cast aluminum Y-Bridge. All aluminum construction features large diameter 4" piping with smooth aerodynamic bends, high-quality hardware, silicone boots, and stainless steel t-bolt clamps for durability and ease of installation. It incorporates the factory intake air heater grid for cold weather performance and is compatible with OEM throttle valve and EGR controls. This product is compatible with stock trucks requiring no additional modifications, upgrades, or tuning for installation, and pairs best with emissions-compliant tuning and drop-in turbochargers for optimum performance gains.
