The Wehrli 100680-GRY Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit is designed for 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks with the 5.9L Cummins engine. This kit replaces restrictive factory components with mandrel-bent 14 gauge piping and CNC machined billet components. It includes a 4-inch air intake, 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe, and 3.5-inch cold side intercooler pipe with a 3.5-inch intake horn, improving airflow by 60% over stock. The kit also features two 1/8'' NPT accessory ports on the upper intake manifold and high-quality silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. It is compatible with both stock and performance upgrade drop-in style Holset turbochargers and OEM style intercoolers. Some 2003-2004 models may require minor trimming of the throttle assembly shroud for proper fitment.
