This Wehrli S300 Turbo 2nd Gen Swap Kit (No Turbo/Manifold) in Illusion Purple is designed for 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins engines with a 2nd Gen Style Exhaust Manifold (sold separately). It includes all necessary components for turbo installation. The manifold mounts pointing up for a quick and simple downpipe install, eliminating the need for exhaust system cutting. The downpipe connects to the v-band flange on the exhaust pipe, similar to the factory turbo/cast elbow. Designed for use with 2nd Gen Style Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed exhaust manifolds. If not purchasing the turbo and manifold from WCFab, the brand of turbo and manifold must be specified, and some brands may require sending parts for kit building. The hot side Intercooler pipe uses a v-band connection at the turbo; the kit includes welding of the V-band flange to the SXE turbo cover. If the turbo is not purchased from WCFab, it needs to be sent in for flange welding. The downpipe has an HX40 style flange connection at the turbo exhaust housing for optimal seal, alignment, and easy installation. Ensure the exhaust housing is machined to HX40 style outlet flange if not purchasing the turbo from WCFab. This kit is not compatible with Banks Power Intercoolers.
