The Wehrli Custom Fabrication 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins S400/Stock Compound Turbo Kit includes a 5" intake, dry air filter, outerwear's pre-filter cover, stainless steel oil feed and drain lines with fittings, 4" turbo downpipe, 3" turbo hot side cross-over pipe, 3" cold charge pipe between turbos, O-ring seals, silicone boots, T-bolt clamps, V-band clamps, install hardware, heat wrap & clamps, and high temp black ceramic coating on the hot side and downpipe.
