This LML Y-Bridge Kit is an upgraded high flow intake kit for the 2011-2016 6.6L Duramax diesel engine. It replaces the restrictive OEM Y-bridge, which bottlenecks the air intake tract and limits engine performance. The kit utilizes a precision CNC machined cast aluminum high-flow bridge, providing maximum airflow volume within the available space. It includes a unique, 20% larger than stock, 3-inch fabricated aluminum upper crossover intercooler pipe that takes full advantage of the larger inlet diameter of the bridge. The kit incorporates the factory intake air heater grid for superior cold weather performance and a billet resonator plate to eliminate the stock plastic resonator, improving engine bay appearance and providing a more aggressive turbo and engine sound. It is compatible with OEM throttle valve, EGR controls, and the lower passenger side Intercooler Pipe. This product is compatible with stock trucks, requiring no additional modifications, upgrades, or tuning for installation. It pairs best with emissions compliant tuning and drop-in turbochargers for optimum performance gains.
