The weight of the trailer pushes on the hitch ball, activating an internal hydraulic piston that provides a pressure reading to the scale. This specific model (WS10-2.5-CER-BLA) features a black cerakote finish and a 10" drop, designed for a 2.5" shank. It includes both 2" and 2-5/16" stainless steel balls and is V5 and J684 certified.
