The Weigh Safe Drop Hitch is an adjustable trailer hitch crafted from solid, aircraft-grade aluminum, designed to measure tongue weight with a built-in glycerin-filled gauge for increased durability and performance. It is rated for a Maximum Gross Trailer Weight of 12,500 lbs with a 2" ball and 18,500 lbs with a 2-5/16" ball, and a Maximum Tongue Weight of 1,500 lbs. This model features a 4-inch drop length and a 2-inch receiver shank size. It includes two stainless steel tow balls (2" and 2-5/16") which are easily interchangeable. The hitch offers height adjustability through a dual pin slider lock and can be used in the rise position. It also has a stowable design for convenience (except for the 3" shank size). The hitch pin and clip or hitch lock are sold separately. It is SAE J684 certified and VESC Regulations V-5 compliant, and made in the USA.
