The GForce GF-AE2-FRB is a weld-on frame rail boxing kit designed to reinforce and strengthen the mid-frame portion of 1968-1972 GM A-Body vehicles with a factory channel frame. It includes transmission crossmember mounting brackets to accommodate various transmission lengths, from Powerglide to 4L80E.

The GForce GF-AE2-FRB is a weld-on frame rail boxing kit engineered to reinforce and strengthen the mid-frame portion of classic 1968-1972 GM A-Body vehicles that feature a factory channel frame. This frame rail boxing kit comes complete with integrated transmission crossmember mounting brackets. These brackets are designed for precise positioning, allowing alignment to a wide range of transmissions, accommodating lengths from the compact Powerglide up to the larger 4L80E. The design ensures compatibility with popular transmissions such as Muncie, TH350, 700R4, 4L60/4L60E, TKO, TKX, T56, 6L80E/6L90E, 8L90E/10L90E, 2004R, and TH400. When welded onto the face of the frame rail boxing plate, the included crossmember mounting brackets will align with the width of G Force Performance Products' 68-72 A-Body convertible crossmembers within the RCAEC2 Family. The RCAEC2 crossmember is noted as the most commonly used component when installing this frame boxing kit.
