By directing airflow from the front of the vehicle directly onto the rotors and calipers, this component reduces the likelihood of brake fade and prevents heat-related damage such as rotor glazing and accelerated pad wear. It is manufactured in Austria to strict factory standards to ensure consistent quality and fit. Overheating brakes can lead to decreased responsiveness, increased dust, and unusual burning odors during operation. As a genuine Porsche part, it meets all OEM specifications for material quality and geometry. Installation of these air ducts is standard, though we recommend verifying fitment against your specific vehicle chassis number for compatibility. This component is compatible with various high-performance configurations, including the 2007-2009 and 2010-2013 911 Turbo and GT2 models, as well as the 2007-2011 911 GT3. It is designed specifically for the front-left position.
