The Aeromotive 5.0 Brushless Gear Pump (11186) is an external fuel pump designed for universal applications. It is the flagship of Aeromotive's brushless fuel pump series and is capable of yielding 5 gallons per minute at 13.5V and 40 PSI. The pump features a -12 AN inlet and a -10 AN outlet, and can sustain up to 90 PSI of continuous operating pressure, with a peak pressure of up to 150 PSI (base plus boost). It is E85 fuel compatible and is lighter than traditional external mount pumps. The brushless motor design provides faster and more reliable phase shifting, producing more torque capacity and motor efficiency, leading to lower noise, higher reliability, and extended service life in methanol and ethanol.
