The Racingline VWR630003 is a wheel stud and nut conversion kit designed for a secure and convenient wheel mounting solution. This kit replaces traditional lug bolts with high-tensile steel studs and lightweight aluminum nuts. The M14 x 1.5 heat-treated high carbon steel studs offer superior strength and durability, while the 7000-series anodised aluminum open-ended nuts are designed to be lightweight and corrosion-resistant. Key specifications of the VWR630003 kit include an M14 x 1.5 thread size for both studs and nuts, ensuring compatibility with many vehicles. The studs have an overall length of 80mm, providing clearance for spacers up to 20mm. The hub-side thread length is 13mm, and the nut-side thread length is 60mm. The nuts feature a tapered seat, suitable for most aftermarket wheels. The kit is rated for a maximum vehicle weight of 2.5 tons. Additional features include an internal 6mm allen stud drive for precise installation and a knurled outer collar for easier grip. This conversion kit is suitable for a wide range of VW and Audi platforms, including those on MQB, MQB Evo, and MQB A5 platforms. The kit is ideal for enthusiasts who frequently remove and refit their wheels, providing a quicker and more reliable mounting process.
