The Racingline VWR630002 Stud and Nut Conversion Kit replaces your vehicle's original wheel bolts with permanent studs, offering a more robust and secure wheel mounting solution. This kit includes 80mm studs and ball seat nuts, specifically designed to be compatible with most factory wheels. The studs are constructed from heat-treated high carbon steel with a chrome-plated finish, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The accompanying open-ended nuts are made from lightweight 7000-series aluminum with a gloss anodized finish. The M14 x 1.5 thread size is standard for many popular VW, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda models. This conversion kit is ideal for vehicles running up to 20mm wheel spacers, providing the necessary clearance and a stronger fixing method compared to traditional bolts. The ball seat design of the nuts ensures proper engagement with the factory wheel seat profiles. The kit is sold as a full car set, typically including 20 studs and 20 nuts.
