The Whipple Gen 4 2.9L Stage 2 Supercharger Kit for 2010-2014 Ford F-150 Raptor 6.2L is a bolt-on, intercooled twin-screw supercharger system. It features a Gen 4 W175ax 2.9L twin-screw supercharger with 99% volumetric efficiency, a billet twin 68mm blade throttle body, 60 lb/hr fuel injectors, a 3.25-inch supercharger pulley, and an aluminum high-flow intake manifold. Thermal management includes an oversized air-to-water intercooler and a heavy-duty heat exchanger with dual 11-inch Spal fans. The kit also has a unique intercooled bypass system, an SCT X4 flash tool for calibration, colder spark plugs, and a high-flow thermostat. It requires 91 octane fuel and is 50-state legal (CARB EO D-231-63).
