As airflow demands increase in supercharged Ford applications, Whipple offers a billet-machined 132mm elliptical electronic throttle body designed for 2015-2017 Ford Mustang and F-150 5.0L platforms using Whipple supercharger systems. This throttle body is rated at over 2000 CFM of airflow and is engineered to bolt directly to the Whipple supercharger inlet housing. Often referred to as the "Roval" due to its elliptical blade design, this throttle body provides increased airflow while maintaining precise electronic throttle control. It reuses the factory electronic throttle motor and is pre-flowed and set to support repeatable idle characteristics when properly tuned.
