Overview

The Whipple Mega Cooler is an intercooler upgrade designed for the 2020-2024 Ford Explorer (2.3L and 3.0L ST) and Lincoln Aviator (3.0L EcoBoost). It offers a significant increase in cooling capacity with 214% greater volume and 259% more frontal area compared to the stock intercooler. This results in a drop of over 70 deg F on the dyno and even greater gains in real-world conditions, leading to more consistent power and faster recovery.
