Overview

The GFB 5702 Whistling Trumpet is a replacement trumpet designed to give your blow-off valve a different sound. This version is specifically engineered for low boost applications where the previous 5701 model might not be effective.

The 5702 can be used on all GFB valves, producing a whistling sound more readily than the 5701. It is recommended for use with Respons and Deceptor Pro II valves, excluding T9003 and T9503 models. For the whistling sound to be produced, the valve must be set to vent all or most of the air through the trumpet.

The GFB 5702 Whistling Trumpet offers a unique sound customization option for your vehicle's blow-off valve. Developed in response to customer requests for a distinct auditory output, this trumpet provides an alternative to the standard sound, allowing owners to personalize their vehicle's performance acoustics. This particular model, the 5702, is a modified version of the original Whistling Trumpet (5701). It is specifically designed to function effectively on low boost applications, addressing limitations where the 5701 might not produce the desired whistling sound. The 5702 can replace the standard trumpet on all GFB valves, creating a more prominent whistle compared to the 5701, which requires higher boost and RPM levels. For optimal performance and sound, it is essential that the blow-off valve is configured to vent all or most of its air through the trumpet. Valves set to 50/50 venting may not achieve the necessary air velocity to produce the whistling sound. This part is recommended for GFB Respons and Deceptor Pro II valves, with the specific exclusion of T9003 and T9503 models. The trumpet is constructed from aluminum with a black anodized finish, providing durability and a sleek appearance. It is designed as a direct replacement part, simplifying installation for compatible GFB blow-off valves.
