Wide Stream Tip for Seam Sealer

The 3M OEM Match Wide Stream Tip is a plastic nozzle engineered to help technicians replicate the appearance, size, shape, positioning, and texture of robotically-applied OEM seam sealers. This tip is ideal for repairs on flat or tapered seam sealer applications and works with one-part (1K) and two-part (2K) urethane, MSP, and epoxy seam sealers. It threads directly onto 3M aluminum cartridges for 1K sealants or friction fits to square-tube applicators and mixing nozzles for 2K sealants. The nozzle is notched in quarter-inch increments, allowing for easy trimming to achieve desired bead widths ranging from 0.4 to 1.4 inches (6 mm to 36 mm). The width, texture, and height of the applied bead can be further controlled by adjusting air pressure during application. This product is part of the 3M OEM Match family, which aims to simplify body shop processes and support OEM standard repair procedures.
