The AeroDM forged six piston calipers deliver heavy duty stopping power for street and off-road applications. They incorporate race technology into a body design with widespread adaptability. With variable lug geometry, the AeroDM offers direct spindle mounting with proprietary 13.38” diameter rotors on many late model trucks. Multiple options for piston volume provide versatility for all types of heavy weight braking requirements. The AeroDM features internal fluid ports that eliminate external fluid cross-over tubes and a massive center bridge assembly for extra rigidity. The caliper body is stress-flow forged from a premium grade aluminum alloy billet, realigning the metal's internal grain structure to flow within the contour of the caliper body. This process eliminates stresses and interruptions to the internal grain structure that occur when machining a straight block billet, resulting in superior clamping efficiency and ultimate strength against fatigue, stresses, and distortion under load.
