These forged six-piston calipers incorporate race technology into a highly adaptable design, featuring variable lug geometry for direct spindle mounting with proprietary 13.38" diameter rotors on many late-model trucks. The AeroDM caliper eliminates external fluid crossover tubes through internal fluid ports, enhancing rigidity and optimizing hydraulic performance. Constructed from a premium-grade aluminum alloy billet using a stress-flow forging process, the caliper body achieves superior clamping efficiency and ultimate strength against fatigue, stresses, and distortion under load.
