The caliper is constructed from forged aluminum with stainless steel pistons.

This caliper is engineered using stress-flow forging, which re-aligns the metal's grain structure for increased strength. Its FEA-generated radial transition design and incorporation of a radius between the piston housing and caliper bridges significantly increase resistance to deflection and separation under load.
