The Forged Billet Dynalite Internal caliper is an enhanced version of the Forged Dynalite series. It features a single split bridge and a spacer-less design for increased strength and improved aesthetics. This design offers substantial improvements in strength and performance compared to similar models. The stress-flow forging process realigns the metal's grain structure within the caliper body, eliminating internal grain structure breaks that occur with traditional machining. The FEA generated radial transition design removes steps and shoulders between the piston housing body and caliper bridges, significantly increasing resistance to deflection and caliper separation under load. The Forged Dynalite has been proven to outperform existing calipers of its size in structural deflection and volume displacement tests. It is the strongest caliper in its class, with weights starting at 3.00 pounds.
