The Wilwood Forged Dynapro 6 Big Brake Front Brake Kit (Hat) with 12.19-inch Rotors (MPN 140-18365) is engineered to provide high performance and significant stopping power. This kit features enhanced brake capacity and improved pad performance through its DynaPro 6 forged billet six-piston calipers, which are paired with 12.19-inch diameter rotors. The calipers are constructed from forged aluminum and contain six-piston calipers mounted over larger diameter, certified alloy 30-vane vented iron rotors. The new two-piece rotor assemblies incorporate weight-saving forged aluminum mounting hats. The calipers are designed with an increased effective piston volume, delivering higher clamping power with less pedal effort compared to stock brakes. The thicker, vented rotor design enhances cooling efficiency and durability, extending service life. The kit includes BP-series SmartPads, offering high-response braking with increased fade resistance and longer wear life than typical OE replacement pads.
