The MSD 8.5mm super conductor wire is engineered for performance, offering incredibly low resistance (less than 50 Ohms/ft) without electronic interference. It uses a helically wound copper alloy conductor with over 40 feet of conductor wrapped into a single foot of wire. This, combined with a ferro-magnetic impregnated center core, creates an effective EMI choke. The outer sleeve is a proprietary blend of silicone and synthetic material, highly resistant to high heat, abrasion, and tears. Equipped with high temp silicone-fiberglass sleeving for harsh race conditions, protecting wires up to 1,000 °F.
