Wiring Kit

The STM Fuel Pump Rewire Kit provides a robust solution for upgrading your vehicle's fuel delivery system, ensuring consistent power to the fuel pump. While initially developed for DSM and Evo enthusiasts, its universal design makes it suitable for a wide range of automotive applications. Also included are a pass-through grommet for a clean wire exit, various connectors, red butt connectors, and insulators, along with a black wire loom and cable ties for organized wiring management. Installation involves disconnecting the battery and running the power wire from the battery to the fuel pump location. The kit provides specific instructions for various DSM and Evo models regarding wire routing. The relay is wired according to standard automotive practices, with #30 connected to the battery feed, #87 to the pump side of the cut stock wire, #86 to the vehicle side of the cut stock wire, and #85 to a chassis ground. Soldering all connections is recommended for durability. Once all connections are securely made and the power wire is routed, it can be connected to the battery to complete the installation.
