This Wiseco Racer Elite piston kit is built for the 2015–2016 KX250F and provides a race-focused replacement with a 14.51:1 compression ratio and a 77.00 mm bore. It’s designed for riders who want a direct-fit, high-strength forged piston for full-race 4-stroke use. Forged from 2000-series alloy and manufactured in Mentor, OH, the Racer Elite piston combines tensile strength with targeted surface protections. ArmorPlating on the crown, ring groove, and pin bores helps guard against detonation, friction wear and ring micro-welding, while the ArmorFit skirt coating conforms to the cylinder for improved fitment and consistent performance.
