Overview

The BDS Suspension WJ Adjustable Flex Front LCA Kit is a heavy-duty replacement for your 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. It is designed as a bolt-in upgrade to add strength and adjustability to your vehicle's stock or lifted suspension.

Constructed from thick-wall tubing and formed to maximize tire clearance, this kit features OE-style rubber bushings at the axle end for quiet operation and large, forged flex ends at the frame mount. These flex ends allow for length adjustments to properly position the front axle and correct caster, offering 15 degrees of misalignment in each direction for increased articulation.

The BDS Suspension WJ Adjustable Flex Front LCA Kit is engineered to significantly upgrade the factory control arms on your 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. This kit is designed as a direct, bolt-in solution, providing enhanced strength and adjustability for both stock and lifted vehicles. Constructed from robust, thick-wall tubing, these lower control arms are specifically formed to optimize tire clearance. At the axle end, they utilize OE-style rubber bushings, ensuring long service life and effective isolation of noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH). The frame mount incorporates a large, forged flex end, which contributes to the arms' strength, durability, and ability to handle extreme articulation during off-road use. These forged flex ends also enable precise length adjustments, crucial for correctly positioning the front axle and dialing in caster angles. The design allows for up to 15 degrees of misalignment in either direction, facilitating greater suspension flex on challenging trails. Key details of this kit include its tubular steel construction, OE-style rubber bushings, and the inclusion of grease fittings for maintenance. The estimated installation time is 1-2 hours, and it is compatible with lift heights ranging from 0 to 6.5 inches.
