WJ Ultimate Power +/- Cable Upgrade

The JeepCables WJ Ultimate Power +/- Cable Upgrade kit is engineered to enhance the battery cable system in your 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ. Unlike basic kits that only replace three wires, this comprehensive upgrade addresses seven key connections to ensure optimal power delivery. The kit utilizes thick, 2AWG welding wire with fine strands, promoting superior conductivity and energy flow. Each terminal lug is hydraulically compressed for a secure, long-lasting connection. The kit includes specific power and ground wire configurations tailored for both the 4.0L and the 4.7L/4.7L HO engines. For the 4.0L, power connections run from the Battery Positive to the PDC and Starter, the Alternator Positive to an included ANL fuse holder and then to the PDC, while grounds connect the Battery Negative to the Fenderwell and Block, and the Cylinder Head to the Firewall. The 4.7L/4.7L HO models feature similar power routing, with grounds connecting the Battery Negative to the Chassis and Block, and the Cylinder Head(s) to the Firewall. Installation involves routing the cables and connecting them to the appropriate points, with some bending required for the Battery Positive to PDC lug.
