The Protech 57-6880-24 Bolt-On Silver Milled Mesh Headache Rack is designed for work trucks. It features a proprietary heptagonal extruded aluminum tube construction, which the manufacturer claims delivers the deflection strength equivalent to steel with significant weight savings and durability, eliminating common issues associated with other racks. It has a mill-finished aluminum and can be configured with a mesh. This headache rack is designed to fit flush with the truck box and can be used with a cross-bed tool box. It features 24-inch legs and requires drilling for its bolt-on installation, which is estimated to take 1 hour. The product is made in the USA and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
