Works Long Tube Header Kit

The Stainless Works SWO-TBSS is a long tube header kit specifically engineered for the 2006-2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer SS equipped with the 6.0L engine. Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, these headers are built to withstand demanding conditions. They feature 1-3/4 inch diameter primaries and a 2-1/2 inch diameter collector, connected by a Y-pipe that includes two high-flow metal matrix catalytic converters. The design is intended to integrate seamlessly with Stainless Works single cat-back exhaust systems. Installation requires disconnecting the battery, removing the air box and engine cover, and taking out spark plugs and wires, dipstick tube, and washer fluid tank. The manufacturer notes that these headers are not emissions legal.
