WORKS2 Full Exhaust System

The Graves Motorsports WORKS2 Full Exhaust System is a race-inspired performance upgrade featuring a durable stainless steel header assembly paired with a lightweight carbon fiber silencer. Designed for the Kawasaki Ninja 400 (2018-2023), Z400 (2018-2023), Ninja 500 (2024), and Z500 (2023) models, this system provides a 5.4-pound weight savings over the factory exhaust, reducing the system mass from 13 lbs down to 7.6 lbs. Constructed using advanced manufacturing techniques, the headers feature long, form-tapered pipes and laser-perfect welds. The silencer incorporates a diamond-shaped design with a carbon fiber end cap and titanium rivet bands, mounting directly to the motorcycle via an integrated bracket. A single lambda sensor port is provided to accommodate auto-tuner style upgrades. Installation of this system requires proper engine tuning to achieve the stated 10% increase in horsepower and torque; the manufacturer suggests the FTEcu tuning kit for optimal results. The system is provided with a removable exhaust insert to modulate sound output, bringing idle levels to approximately 80db. This product is strictly intended for closed-course competition use. It is not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicles and is only legal for racing vehicles that are never registered, licensed, or used upon a public highway.
