The Link ECU WRXLink (model WRX104X, part number 224-4000) is a G4X PlugIn ECU engineered to maximize the potential of your Subaru WRX V10 EJ25 engine. This ECU is specifically designed for manual transmission vehicles and covers the 2.5L engine range from model years 2004 to 2007. It is crucial to verify that your vehicle's connector matches the header in the product photos and to consult the product notes before purchasing. An air temperature sensor is highly recommended for optimal performance, and most factory features are supported, with I/O expansion options available. Compatibility details indicate that the WRX104X primarily covers the 2004-2006 model years. Some 2006 models may require the WRX107+ ECU. The definitive way to determine the correct ECU is by checking pins A1-3: if they are populated with wires, the WRX104X is needed; if they are not wired, the WRX107+ is the correct choice. This ECU is suitable for GD or GG chassis models with electronic throttle control. It is not compatible with GR/GH/GE/GV hatchback models or 3rd generation WRXs.
