X-Clear Driveshaft Tunnel Brace

The 034 X-Clear Driveshaft Tunnel Brace is engineered to provide increased clearance for larger diameter aftermarket exhaust systems by replacing the factory tunnel brace. This upgrade allows for exhaust diameters up to ½” larger than stock without causing issues like rattling or vibration. The brace utilizes an integrated aeroflap to maintain OE underbody aerodynamics. Constructed from CNC-machined Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum, this brace offers increased stiffness over the original stamped steel part. It features a durable bright black anodized finish and is laser-etched with the 034Motorsport logo. The design adds approximately 8mm of additional clearance to the exhaust system compared to the OE component. Installation is described as mild and fast, with no added Noise, Vibration, or Harshness (NVH) being transferred to the cabin. The product includes all necessary mounting hardware, specifically four Grade 12.9 M10 socket head screws. This brace is designed for B9/B9.5 Audi A4, S4, RS4, and A5, S5, RS5 models.
