The Billy Boat FCOR-0435 is a high-performance X-pipe exhaust system engineered for the Chevrolet C6 Corvette, covering model years 2005 through 2008. This system is meticulously crafted from the highest grade T-304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. Its 2 1/2-inch (63.5 mm) tubing is mandrel-bent to optimize exhaust flow. The hand-fabricated construction by Billy Boat Exhaust signifies a commitment to quality and performance. It is compatible with both 6-speed manual and automatic transmission variants of the C6 Corvette. This X-pipe can be utilized as a standalone component or in conjunction with other Billy Boat exhaust parts, such as their Long Tube Headers (FCOR-0435 and FCOR-0437 are mentioned in relation to headers) or axle-back systems. Oxygen sensor extensions (replacements for those supplied in FCOR-0432, 0435, 0433, 0437, 0535, 0536) may be required depending on the specific setup. For Corvette models that do not have factory NPP controls, an FCOR-0468 conversion kit is available.
