X-Series Front Bumper with Brushguard

The Hammerhead Armor X-Series 600-56-0085Y is a heavy-duty front bumper specifically designed for the 2000-2006 GMC Yukon and Yukon XL. Constructed from 3/16" thick A36 steel plate, this bumper is built to withstand the rigors of both on-road and off-road driving. Its construction includes laser cutting, forming, and welding by American craftsmen, ensuring high tensile strength and durability. The X-Series bumper features a robust 1.75" x 0.120" wall tubing brushguard for added front-end protection. It is winch-ready, capable of accepting up to a 12,000 lb winch (sold separately), and includes provisions for 6" round aftermarket lights (sold separately). Integrated shackle mounts are welded on both the inside and outside of the bumper for enhanced recovery options. The finish is a durable black powdercoat. Installation is described as a simple bolt-on process, assuming the truck's original bumper mounts and frame are undamaged. However, please note that this product has a manufacturing lead time of 6 to 8 weeks, as each bumper is built to order. Additionally, standard designs will not fit vehicles with body lifts without modifications; installers should be consulted for custom mount development. If ordered unpainted, the product will arrive as raw, unfinished steel with potential surface flaws, requiring preparation before painting.
