X50 50mm Blow-Off Valve

The VS Racing VSR-50BOV is a 50mm blow-off valve designed for turbocharged vehicles. This X50 model is constructed from aluminum and includes a V-band mounting system, an aluminum flange, and all required hardware for installation. This blow-off valve comes with two different spring rate options to accommodate various setups. The pre-installed spring is rated for medium vacuum conditions, typically between 14-16 inches of mercury (in.Hg). For vehicles with lower vacuum requirements, such as those commonly found in LS engine setups, an alternative spring is provided that is set for 8-10 inches of mercury (in.Hg) of vacuum. The VSR-50BOV is adjustable, allowing tuners to fine-tune its operation. The included spring rates cover a range from 10-14 in.Hg and 18-22 in.Hg, offering flexibility for different boost levels and engine configurations. Its universal fitment makes it a versatile option for a wide range of turbocharged applications.
